Aspen Highlands, Snowmass, and Aspen Mountain
Although the ski season comes to a closure soon, the festivities have only just begun. With four mountains closing on four different days, the opportunity to embrace the celebration is overwhelming. We’ve highlighted some of the many events you may want to plan your time around…
Aspen Highlands, closing April 14th
Day Party – At the base of Aspen Highlands on April 14th, you’ll find a DJ, extravagant costumes, and a safe place to grieve the end of this ski season. Come enjoy these spring moments as Aspen Highlands shuts down this ’18-’19 season!
Highland Bowl Hike – Join the locals in this tradition of hiking up Highland Bowl to spend some time reflecting on the season while enjoying BBQ.
Snowmass, closing April 20th
Elk Camp Surf & Snow Beach Party – From 11:30 am – 3:30 pm Snowmass gathers for this end-of-season party like no other. Wear your best beach attire and join in the pond skimming and dancing in the spring sun. This event goes unmatched while the party lasts all day!
Aspen Mountain, closing April 21st
Skip your high school prom? – Here you’ll find redemption at Aspen Mountain’s 80’s Prom Party. The Sundeck crowd brings the 80’s to the surface. Wear your most impressive prom attire, because this après party will not be complete until a prom King and Queen are crowned!
Aspen Mountain Base Party – After the 80’s mountain top prom, this seasons King and Queen will lead the way down to Ajax Tavern where a DJ sets the scene for dancing, food, and celebrations all afternoon. Party on and close the season well with locals and visitors alike, all dressed in your 80’s best.
